Job Summary:
Cimpress Services is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Manager to join our central Procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of the budgeting process, verifying and consolidating reporting data, and driving initiatives to incorporate sustainability into our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Budgeting Process: Coordinate the budgeting process within Cimpress Procurement, including preparation work, data collection and consolidation, and serving as the key point of contact for Cimpress Procurement.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Verify and consolidate reporting data (actual and forecast figures) of all Procurement KPIs, financial and non-financial.
- Process Development and Training: Develop and train Cimpress Procurement and its partners on processes, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and legal compliance in each country and region.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive initiatives to incorporate sustainability into the procurement processes.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements globally or locally, clearly document them, and ensure they are communicated and understood properly by the plants.
- Sustainability Tools: Ensure proper tools are in place and utilized to manage sustainability in coordination with Cimpress Sustainability team.
- Procurement Optimization: Optimize procurement processes for new acquisitions and the interaction with our suppliers, ensuring that no market leverage is lost by sharing unnecessary data.
- eTools Implementation: Implement and drive usage of eTools to improve data and spend transparency across all Business ERPs, increase Procurement negotiation power, and optimize supplier interaction.
- Training and Adoption: Plan and deliver training programs for processes and implemented technologies across Procurement, ensuring adoption and usage.
Requirements:
Cimpress values the experiences that individual team members add to our culture. We encourage applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration, and at least 5 years of International Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance experience, with 3 years or more at international companies with multifunctional structures and/or a business unit organization with decentralized decision-making processes.
