Job Description

At Robert Bosch Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Logistics Trainee to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procure materials and manage material availability for the manufacture of ultrasonic sensors.
  2. Track and control material requirements planning and delivery dates using SAP/R3 and Excel.
  3. Monitor material flow through the supply chain to completion of the manufacturing process.
  4. Coordinate material distribution in critical shortage situations through weekly conference calls and allocation files on the company intranet.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers in case of material shortages through priorities and instructions in the supplier's production planning.
  6. Coordinate material support to other company plants.
  7. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and international departments within the company (English, Spanish, and German).
  8. Order and follow up on special transports.

Requirements:

  1. High level of proficiency in Spanish, English, and German (desirable).
  2. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP desirable.
  3. High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure.
  4. Strong willingness to work, flexibility essential.
  5. University enrollment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time: 08:00h – 17:00h (with 1h to eat)
