About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Lisbon, ES. This position will suit a highly motivated Project Manager to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Project Documentation: Review and assess project documentation, including plans, technical specifications, and planning, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Risk, Sustainability, and Environmental Analysis: Conduct thorough risk, sustainability, and environmental analysis to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project, Cost, Budget, Planning, and Resource Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Progress Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Liaising with Project Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, leading projects and teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture and Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer.
  • Experience in hotels and residential (new developments) project management.
  • Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (AutoCad, Presto, REVIT, BIM).
