We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for driving business innovation through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Data-Driven Solutions: Design and implement advanced data models and algorithms to uncover patterns and predictions that create business value and innovation.
- Lead Business Strategy: Use your expertise and influence to change the way our company thinks about current business strategy and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Mentor and Train Colleagues: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to less experienced staff members to help them develop their data science skills.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively collaborate with Managers, Directors, and other senior leaders to evaluate and foster data-driven innovation.
- Communicate Insights: Develop clear presentations for senior decision makers, including case for change, options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Manage Relationships: Manage relationships with business partners to evaluate and foster data-driven innovation.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain proficiency within the data science domain by keeping up with technology and trend shifts and contribute to industry data science domain initiatives.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience using statistics, mathematics, algorithms, and programming languages to solve business problems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in test design and measurement, customer segmentation, cleanroom technology, MTA, and MMM.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and create complex models to pull valuable insights, predictions, and innovation from data.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent, with typically 10+ years of relevant work experience.
