About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our IT Applications Team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing solutions that drive business value across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop solid Requests for Change (RfCs)
  • Work with testing teams to ensure seamless handover of solutions
  • Perform NAV monitoring and provide technical support
  • Serve as Level 3 support for escalated technical issues in ServiceNow
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation within Navision/Business Central
  • Promote technical improvements to our platform
  • Support the design and implementation of integrations between Dynamics NAV and other solutions
  • Develop technical solutions based on business requirements
  • Manage business/project risks and mitigate or communicate effectively
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages beneficial
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Central implementation projects
  • Technical experience with integrations of Dynamics/Business Central with other applications
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Practical experience in programming with AL – C/AL
  • Experience with Tacton CPQ
