About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our architectural projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and development of architectural solutions that meet our project objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative architectural designs, plans, and specifications for our centres in collaboration with external international architectural firms.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to the assigned team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify improvements, and monitor project progress.
  • Supervise ongoing construction work and ensure correct execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, with a master's in interior design highly valued.
  • More than 8 years of experience as an architect, including at least 5 years in a project management role leading a team.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, and decoration projects is a must.
  • Proven experience in construction sites, including on-site monitoring of works, management of contractors, and materials.
  • Strong proficiency in computer-aided design: Autocad 2D and 3D, Photoshop, Revit, Sketch up Vray, and Lumion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
