Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top technical talent to support our global business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent, leveraging your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strive for excellence in candidate quality, ensuring that all hires meet the company's high standards.
  • Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts, maintaining a professional and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics, providing insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in other HR-related topics, contributing to the development of the company's human resources strategy.

Ideal Qualifications

  • German language skills are highly valued, and English fluency is required. Spanish and other languages are appreciated.
  • A Master's degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is preferred, or relevant experience in HR or Finance with a focus on recruitment.
  • A passion for quality and a commitment to excellence are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
