We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Officer to join our team at McMaster Yachts Limited.

  • Lead a large superyacht with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to motivate and engage crew members
  • Utilize strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the captain and other crew members
  • Manage and maintain the yacht's interior and exterior, including painting and varnishing

Requirements:

  • Valid OOW (Officer of the Watch) certification
