Job Summary

Importante Empresa seeks a highly experienced Senior Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of its Consumer Fragrance business. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, managing expenses, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the financial head of the Consumer Fragrance business, providing financial guidance and support to the Senior Vice President of Perfumery.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage operational expenses, including a budget of $200M, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional finance directors to drive business performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Participate in the development of new business initiatives and provide financial guidance to support business growth.
  • Lead and manage key projects, including the creation and defense of business cases and financial models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and managing complex financial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
