About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our Supply Chain and Deliver teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast supply chain costs and revenues.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on actual business results, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost reduction.
Supply Chain Finance Partnership
  • Partner with Regional Supply Chain and Deliver Finance teams to provide financial analytics and support.
  • Drive the adoption of regional finance best practices in the cluster.
Ad-Hoc Analytics and Support
  • Perform ad-hoc supply chain, make, and deliver analytics as required.
  • Provide support to the HO CLS hosting model.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of working experience in finance supporting commercial or supply chain organizations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business-oriented finance function.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish or Italian is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain controlling in the FMCG or OTC sector is preferred.
