About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events, from sales and legal contract signing to event final closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire life cycle of big events, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between event organizers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure project goals are met.
  • Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams to deliver solutions.
  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support user support teams.
  • Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation.
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual with a project management background, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized. You should be an entrepreneurial individual with a mix of project management and operational experience, comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure delivery of requirements on time.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
  • Fluent English and other languages are a plus.
  • Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Solution-focused with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
