Validation and Integration Specialist

Thales Group is seeking a skilled Validation and Integration Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating and integrating products and components in customer environments.

About the Role:

  1. You will validate products and components, including applications, libraries, systems, and solutions, to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  2. You will define integration strategies and participate in acceptance test plan writing.
  3. You will work with developers to reproduce, identify, and isolate issues.
  4. You will prepare training material for administration and operation of the solution.

Requirements:

  1. Test management and bug reporting experience in JIRA.
  2. Executing testing campaigns.
  3. Non-functional testing types (performance, load, stress, etc.) using tools like JMeter, Postman, or SOAP UI.
  4. Experience with Server backend technologies: Application servers, Databases, and Web Services SOAP/REST.
  5. Fluency in English (B2+) and Spanish.
  6. At least 3 years of experience in QA Testing.

Added Value:

  1. Testing experience with ATDD or BDD.
  2. Integration with Jenkins.
  3. Scripting language for automatic tests (e.g., Python).
  4. Testing with Docker environments.
  5. ELK stack (Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Logstash) concepts and experience in validation.
  6. Deployment and testing in an Applications server (JBoss/Wildfly, WebSphere, GlassFish...).
  7. Good knowledge of SQL and Database servers (at least one among Oracle, SQL Server, or Maria DB).
