Overview

Airbus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP HCM Expert to join our Graduate Program in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and developing internal tools, providing innovative solutions to business needs, and ensuring the design and implementation of HR standards solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Configure and Develop Internal Tools

Support the development of internal tools, primarily SAP, but also Workday and Time, to enhance business efficiency and productivity.

Provide Innovative Solutions

Collaborate with the HR strategy team to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs and drive growth.

Design and Implement HR Standards Solutions

Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes, and tools that align with business and HR strategy.

Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Awareness

Consider the potential impacts of HR relevant legislation and regulation on day-to-day operations.

Implement Functional Requirements

Implement functional requirements arranged by the HR Reward Operations department.

Provide Technical Support

Provide technical support for new business requirements and participate in improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Education

Degree in Computer Science or related studies.
