**Job Summary**

Hewlett Packard is seeking a highly skilled Global Consumer Subscriptions Product Manager to support the launch and scale of our DaaS subscriptions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, experience in product management and GTM analytics, and a strong understanding of subscription service environments.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual who can lead the interaction with different GTM funnels, partner with various pieces of our ecosystem to attract and convert customers to subscriptions, and engage with external funnels such as Performance Marketing and Retail. The successful candidate will utilize customer and market insights, product management, and business analytics skills to drive the GTM strategy and deliver on business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and PaaS subscriptions offerings.
  • Analyze different GTM funnels performance and strategies to accelerate subscriptions.
  • Apply excellent project management and prioritization skills to define priorities based on customer/business impact criteria.
  • Work cross-functionally with GBU, Marketing, Countries & Markets to drive business growth.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of industry trends and their impact on product line/line of services or solutions.
  • Be perceived as a Subject Matter Expert in the end-to-end GTM strategy and share insights with internal and external partners.
  • Lead Retail compensation analytics and partner with Channel organization to define/maintain the CSS Retail Program.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, Business, or Technical fields, and a Program Mgmt Certification is preferred.
