Location: Barcelona, Spain
Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating from outside Spain*
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients through phone and email communications.
- Recognize and act on sales opportunities.
- Bring in new advertisers from the small and medium-sized business (SMB) sector.
- Advise clients with customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Leverage client data to provide personalized recommendations.
- Assess businesses for transition to proficient account managers focused on boosting customer revenue.
- Employ tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and sales tasks.
- Continuously collect and communicate customer feedback to improve our advertising offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Dutch proficiency at C2 level
- Minimum English proficiency at B2 level
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales or Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication and sales abilities
- Familiarity with sales tools and software
- Capability to comprehend and fulfill client requirements with customized solutions
