About the Role

As a Quality & HSE Trainee, you will provide support in the functioning of the integrated quality and HSE system, mainly focusing on sustainability and environmental topics, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (RSC) at HARTMANN Spain.

Responsibilities:
  • Support in the maintenance of the integrated quality and HSE system, mainly applied to processes related to sustainability and the environment.
  • Active participation in the generation and verification of HARTMANN Spain's Sustainability Report, as well as activities related to RSC.
  • Coordination and management of activities related to the annual declaration of packaging (Ecoembes, MITECO, Single-Use Plastic Tax...).
  • Translation and implementation of Global Procedures from HARTMANN GROUP.
  • Collaboration with multiple departments of the company for proper management of activities, processes, and products from HARTMANN.
  • Study of regulations in the field of Quality & HSE applicable to the healthcare products sector and their implementation in the company (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO13485, RD1055/2022, Law 7/2022).
  • Generation of the sustainability report, participation in the annual declaration of packaging to Ecoembes and MITECO.
Requirements:
  • You must be studying a Higher Degree in Professional Training, specifically CFGS in Chemistry and Environmental Health and/or a University Degree in Environmental Sciences, or similar fields.
  • You must have a good command of Office tools (especially Excel) and an intermediate to advanced level in English (First).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 systems will be valued.
  • Knowledge and experience working with SAP will be valued.
  • Good communication skills and ability to establish good relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
  • A person with analytical skills and curiosity.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate simultaneous activities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
