Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VoIP Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Zerog - AI in Aviation. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our global VoIP network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build a high-performance, automated voice network
  • Manage SIP interconnections with global operators
  • Monitor and troubleshoot voice reachability and quality
  • Develop tools for task automation and team interfaces

Requirements

  • Expertise in VoIP and a passion for technology
  • Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, (S)RTP, WebRTC)
  • Skills in scripting (Shell, Python, Golang), automation (Ansible), and monitoring (netdata, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Experience with Open Source Software: Kamailio, Freeswitch, Oracle SBC, openSIPS, Asterisk
  • Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, data-driven
