Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Back Office team as a Treasury Intern at AWWG. This role will provide an opportunity to gain a holistic view of the tasks carried out in a financial department and interact with various finance departments, navigate e-banking platforms, and engage with banking institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the treasury team in a multinational, centrally managed environment by assisting in the implementation of process improvements internally and preparing reports required by auditors.
- Issue new bank guarantees and manage potential modifications to existing ones, as well as assist in the payment release process.
- Collaborate with the team to review incidents in collections and payments, request transaction information from banking entities, and enter forecasts in the treasury ERP.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, knowledge of German or other languages is a bonus.
- Experience with Excel, SAP, and Adobe software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, diligence, proactive attitude, and a team player mentality.
