Job Title: Manager, Cloud Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Cloud Engineering to lead our high-performing team of engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely completion and high quality.
  • Lead and grow a cohesive and highly talented team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Design and implement AWS solutions for high-traffic production environments, ensuring high uptime and scalability.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, controls, and standards.
  • Maintain top-quality technical skills in a broad range of IT topics and products/tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive IT experience in high-traffic production environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS in production settings.
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Terraform, VSCode, GitHub, IIS, CI/CD Pipeline tools, and Microsoft Windows, SQL, AD, and Networking technologies.
