German Expert Rating Analyst

Welocalize, Inc. is a leading localization and AI data company seeking a highly skilled German Expert Rating Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

We are looking for a German speaker with a strong analytical mindset to play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms. As an Expert Rating Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters to improve advertising relevance
  • Collaborate with a team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Authorization to work in Spain
  • 2+ years' experience in AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
