**About the Company**

Our client is a leading B2B software developer and product provider to casinos and major online gambling operators. With over 12,000 employees in more than 20 markets, they serve customers worldwide. They are currently experiencing rapid growth, expanding existing sites and entering new markets.

**The Madrid Site**

The Madrid site will be a state-of-the-art broadcast studio hosting live casino games 24/7/365. It will serve international markets, primarily Portuguese and Spanish, Dutch, and Italian. The company expects to hire a minimum of people in the first year, with most positions being entry-level roles that do not require prior work experience.

**Training and Development**

Through their in-house Academy, they offer paid training for newcomers in negotiation skills and presentation skills, two transferable skills that employees can use regardless of their career path.

**The Game Presenter Role**

The Game Presenter will present one of their casino games in a live studio. Key qualifications include:

  • Fluency in Japanese
  • Business English
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • A sense of ethics and responsibility at work and with colleagues
  • European work permit
  • Previous experience in a public-facing job is an asset
