About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Compensation Manager to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our commercial compensation plans, ensuring they align with our business objectives and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain commercial compensation plans, including annual and new hire plans, quota distribution, and commission attainment calculations.
- Manage commercial commission tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with commercial and leadership teams to design and implement compensation plans that drive business results.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate compensation information and earnings to commercial teams.
- Prepare monthly commercial compensation accruals and OTP files for payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience in commercial compensation, accounting, or finance, with a focus on incentive plans.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working with large data sets and enterprise CRMs.
- Knowledge of commercial incentive and commission systems, with a mid-level SQL background.
