About the Role

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Plant HR Leader. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving business excellence and achieving our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and drive HR and people strategies that enable business excellence, workforce productivity, and talent retention.
  • Conduct Organizational Diagnosis and Change Management: Shape the business unit/function for success, align processes, structure, and culture with the company's strategy, and lead impactful organizational changes.
  • Build and Maintain Talent Management and Leadership Development Programs: Influence leadership development and succession planning, ensure the right talent for long-term goals, create and drive programs to build team members' technical capabilities, and guide senior leaders to peak performance.
  • HR Team Development and Functional Leadership: Guide and lead the HR team through coaching, strategic leadership, and employee development, and partner with HR centers of excellence to drive forward aligned programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, Political Sciences, Labor Relations, or any Science Degree. Master in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: 7 years or more of Human Resources experience, with a proven track record in fields such as Pharma, life science, or manufacturing companies.
  • Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written communication, on-site presence required, extensive availability and flexible working hours, and experience working in a GMP and clean environment manufacturing processes.
Desirable Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree or MBA with emphasis in organization development, human resources, leadership development, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Global experience, Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience, supervisory experience, and experience in applying various organizational, team, and individual improvement interventions.
