Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join our Prime team in a technical leadership role. As a Java Software Engineer in the Prime area, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing advanced systems and innovative solutions that help us solve complex problems related to finance, payments, or fraud.
- Working with a top-notch tech stack, including Java 8, Java 11, Maven, TestNG, Cucumber, Mockito, Oracle, ElasticSearch, Redis, Kafka, Neo4, Datamesh, Datadog, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Sonarqube, and Spring Boot.
- Creating distributed, scalable microservices platforms, where software gets deployed daily, with high quality, clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and TDD.
- Promoting the use of microservices platforms, clean code, and SOLID principles and TDD to the rest of the team.
- Designing and developing advanced systems and innovative solutions that help us solve complex problems related to finance, payments, or fraud.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in Java software development, with a focus on microservices architecture.
- Excellent understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and TDD.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
