MISSION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Nordex Group as an Operational Excellence Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing control and response to stock needs and implementing the Controlling Excellence Road Map.

TASKS:

  • Prepare and analyze stock reports for the GLF NAC and working capital impacts.
  • Develop and implement corrective measures for stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure regular inventory audits and maintain stock purchasing within budget and procedures.
  • Analyze current suppliers' payment terms and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan, manage, and implement financial processes for the Finance Excellence Strategic Road Map.
  • Review designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure process quality.
  • Ensure governance of all company finance processes.
  • Develop models to support business cases.
  • Collaborate with other projects and tasks as required.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, business administration, or a comparable education/qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling and Finance, Manufacturing, and Stock Management processes.
  • Ability to learn and adapt existing customized functions.
  • Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management, and communication.
  • Experience working with project management tools.
  • Developer of new solutions responding to business needs.
  • Industry knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering desirable.
  • High English language proficiency, written and spoken.
  • Advanced XLS, Power Query, and Power BI skills.
