Job Summary

The Senior IT Internal Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of TD SYNNEX's IT systems and processes. This position is responsible for executing operational, financial, and compliance internal IT audit activities, identifying and implementing best practices, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT General Controls and Automated Controls: Inspect and document systems of internal financial and operational controls through interviews, documents, questionnaires, policies, transaction testing, and analytics.
  • Risk Assessments and Audit Planning: Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and development of the annual audit plan.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain concise, up-to-date records of audit plans, findings, workpapers, reports, and other supporting documentation for audits performed.
  • Multi-Location Audit Management: Effectively track, monitor, and provide reporting over multi-location audit activities and results.
  • Staff Development and Coaching: Coach and mentor staff to support their career development.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with Science/Technology of study required
  • Experience with managing audit teams in the field
  • Certification: CISA preferred (candidate pursuit of license is required if not already licensed)
  • Able to work under pressure and to interact effectively with all levels of management
