We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Contact customers to discuss and manage payment status and debt levels, resolving any disputes or complaints that may arise.
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, reviewing credit limits and approving limits up to 250K EUR.
- Update M3 master data and block/unblock customer orders/accounts according to company guidelines.
- Review and prepare accounts receivable reports and alerts, monitoring payment terms and commercial compliance.
- Collaborate with Commercial/Sales and Customer Service teams to maintain and manage customer portfolios.
- Support Treasury in factoring operations and hand-over legal reclaim actions to the company's legal department.
