Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR Consultant to join our Flanders Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our software projects at customers regarding time registration and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and understand customer needs and translate them into the best possible solution within our software.
- Provide configuration, trainings, workshops, advice, and support to help clients get the most out of our software.
- Work with a variety of clients mainly in Belgium, Flanders, from SMEs to big international companies, ensuring the best customer journey.
- Travel may occur due to our international portfolio of customers, requiring an international mindset.
- A master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch, with knowledge of any other European language being an asset.
- A passion for customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
