JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are seeking proactive, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. This role is essential in maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exemplify health and safety best practices and encourage adherence among team members.
- Engage in hands-on work while demonstrating expertise in all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Mentor and guide technicians during shifts.
- Assist the line manager and supervise operations in their absence.
- Ensure high equipment availability through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
- Foster strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics.
- Manage contractor relationships effectively.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE settings.
- Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task recording.
- Familiarity with Statutory Compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team dynamics.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors.
- Background in a multi-site operational environment.
