Role
We're seeking a Junior Design Project Coordinator to support our design and project management team in Barcelona. As a Junior Design Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire implementation of the design project of each apartment. You will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.
Responsibilities
- Measure and photograph apartments and send materials to designers
- Manage and execute projects provided by designers
- Manage communication with logistics teams
- Track all furniture purchases
- Manage all replacements and return processes throughout the buyer
- Oversee furniture implementation during onboarding
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain and facilities teams for efficient onboarding process
- Stage, manage, and oversee photoshoots of projects
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in interior design and/or project management in hospitality or residential services
- SketchUp skills
- AutoCAD skills
- Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short turnaround in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish
