Job Title: Backend Software Engineer

Job Description:

Veepee is seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of developed applications
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend developer
  • Excellent experience with C#/.NET
  • Good knowledge of relational databases
  • Strong IT mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Microservice architecture and building APIs or other web services
  • Unit and integration testing skills
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce APEX development and Lightning
  • Familiarity with cloud computing tools and willingness to extend knowledge
  • Experience with Elastic stack/Rabbit MQ/KAFKA
  • Experience with Protocol Buffer/gRPC
