About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying software applications that meet the needs of our customers.

About You

  • You have strong expertise in the JavaScript language, including ES6/7/8/next and TypeScript, as well as experience with at least two recent JavaScript frameworks.
  • You have deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and general understanding of UI design.
  • You are excellent in applying web delivery design principles for websites and web applications to provide a positive user experience.
  • You have deep understanding of front-end performance aspects, analysis, and optimization.
  • You have experience with implementing resource-oriented APIs (REST, GraphQL) on client and server side.
  • You have excellent proficiency in NodeJS, Go, or Java and their respective ecosystems.
  • You have experience with data persistence (SQL/noSQL).
  • You have deep expertise in cloud design, infrastructure as code, tools, and services on AWS.
  • You have good experience with CI/CD, preferably Gitlab CI.
  • You are able to design, build, test, and deploy applications.
  • You are customer-centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and services.
  • You demonstrate true software craftsmanship mindset.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and great teams.
  • You have compelling coaching and training skills for imparting professional software engineering skills.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills coupled with good communication skills.
  • You have understanding of social and ethical implications of software engineering.

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and highly autonomous.
