Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Solicitor to join our team at Dac Beachcroft Llp. As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in relation to regulatory matters.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in relation to regulatory matters, including HSE/Police investigations, witness interviews, interviews under caution, prosecutions, sentencing hearings and inquests.
  • Assist with business development activities, including developing and establishing contentious and non-contentious work streams for the firm.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, working in accordance with client protocols, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
  • Maintain an understanding of other practice areas and an active internal network.
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions, reading appropriate publications and exceeding Law Society CPD requirements.

Requirements:
  • 0 – 3 years PQE with experience gained within a regulatory and/or commercially focused environment.
  • Experience of advising on regulatory work, including HSE/Police investigations, witness interviews, interviews under caution, prosecutions, sentencing hearings and inquests.
  • Experience of areas such as environmental breaches, trading standards, food safety and fire safety would also be beneficial.
