About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the future of snacking by leading the development of technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of technical solutions that meet the needs of our business, including the design and implementation of architecture and technology roadmaps.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to chart technology roadmaps, standards, best practices, and guiding principles.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including the evaluation of specific applications and the development of seamless integration with existing ecosystems.
  • Participate in technology product evaluation processes and Architecture Review Board governance for project solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Remain current with leading-edge industry and technology drivers and innovations, including the Salesforce and Sales Technology product set.
  • Manage discussions with various levels of customer business stakeholders.
  • Identify and help develop services offerings or provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce and Sales Tech implementations.
  • Develop a product mindset and drive global template development models for global implementation.
  • Validate solution components, lead business walkthroughs, and provide guidance to project managers for key issues/risks to the project.
  • Work with internal teams and business stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, etc.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor other Solution Architects in the team.
  • Drive the Salesforce Review Board and provide governance for the Salesforce Hub.
  • Create and own overall Sales Tech Application Architecture in initiatives where supporting as Sr Technical Lead from the Sales Tech Hub.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 7 years on the Sales Technology platform.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Sales Tech product suite, including any two of the following: Salesforce, MC1, Kantar, Navigator, and Newspage.
  • Open to expand and explore Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods domain will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in being a go-to person for technical challenges to design and prioritize business requirements and required capabilities.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce or Sales Application with other Enterprise applications like SAP, GCP, AWS, etc., with REST/SOAP APIs and Async processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Strong background in leading large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
  • Active certifications in Salesforce/Sales Tech technologies or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
