Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager at Desigual Slu, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the drivers of demand to ensure the organization's Digital channels meet the needs of stock availability and product allocation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating purchasing processes with involved areas, monitoring budgets, and defining accurate purchasing and replenishment plans to maximize sales and optimize excess stock.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Channels Analysis: Analyze the overall situation and product-related KPIs of assigned Digital Channels to track evolution, detect deviations, and make decisions regarding product assortment and allocation.
- Weekly Action Plan: Prepare a weekly action plan by product and channel/country to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Inventory Forecasts: Analyze sales forecasts, purchasing orders status, and other related parameters to provide inventory forecasts projections and support decision-making processes.
- Purchasing Order Management: Review and propose alternatives in case of modifications or deviations on purchasing orders to adjust to demand and avoid stockouts.
- Stock Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize stock excesses, destructions, or slow movers within the company, keeping track of stock evolution and providing required information.
- Global Discounts Strategy: Review and adjust Global Discounts strategy according to Digital performance.
- Coordination with Digital Team: Keep frequent contact with Digital sales teams to gather needs, provide information, and solve potential incidences.
- Commercial Initiatives: Participate in the definition of commercial initiatives for managed Digital Channels, adjusting promotions and prices by country during the sales season and other specific promotional initiatives.
- Language: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience: Experience in Performance Analysis and knowledge of Product Hierarchy and Relevance Metrics.
- Skills: Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Process-oriented: Ability to design and build new connections with different departments.
