- Adapt Designs for Various Formats: Use our brand guidelines to adapt or produce designs across a variety of formats, including printed sales collateral, social media, magazines, and more.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams such as Lead Acquisition, Website UX, and sales to standardize creatives and deliver the best possible design solutions.
- 2-3 Years of Experience: Proven experience working with brands to develop visual branding and design across multiple mediums, including websites, video, events, and advertising.
- Strong Design Skills: Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and a passion for learning new software and increasing productivity through relevant AI apps.
- Strong Online Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing design work, with a focus on visual branding and design.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- International Experience: Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
