We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our agile and motivated Software Development Team at BME. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of a messaging platform for real-time post-trading messages handling large volumes of messages on a modern technology stack based around Kafka, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Significantly contributing to the development of a Kafka-based messaging platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  2. Extending our internal application framework to support the growth of our platform.
  3. Creating and maintaining technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  4. Collaborating with the team to implement DevOps concepts, such as CI using Gitlab and CD using Argo CD.
  5. Participating in the definition of the technology stack for future post-trading initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Up-to-date skills and experience in Spring Boot with Java and ideally some experience with UI development in Angular.
  2. Excellent team-working ability and accurate working methods.
  3. Experience with message-oriented systems and technologies like Kafka, IBM MQ, Apache Camel, or Spring Integration is a significant advantage.
  4. Good verbal and written level of Spanish and English to interact with our international colleagues.
