Job Title: MEP Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our team at Group-Ips. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects related to facilities management, including logistics, residential, hotels, offices, and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Technical Due Diligence: Conduct thorough technical assessments of facilities to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • MEP Design: Develop and implement effective MEP design solutions that meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
  • Project Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
  • PMP certification or Master's degree in Project and Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years of general experience, with a minimum of one project with a budget of M€.
  • Proficiency in MEP design software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Other Capacities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project.
  • Use of AutoCAD.
  • Driver's license B.
