Job Title: VSM Detail Parts Defence Business

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join Airbus Operations in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, as a VSM Detail Parts Defence Business specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ADS programmes of detailed parts in various technologies, ensuring project interdependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement product or programme strategies for ADS customers, aligning with Airbus Cádiz plant commitments.
  • Lead the programme organization, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks and opportunities.

This role requires a strong awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, driving the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Programmes.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context, with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
