Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in La Coruña, Spain. As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Profit and Loss Management
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing effective sales strategies and controlling costs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Management and Development
- Motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Operational Excellence
- Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of store appearance and maintenance.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance by running regular reports and providing updates to the District Manager.
- Analyze commercial data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recruitment and Induction
- Recruit and induct high-caliber team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new team members are equipped to succeed.
Requirements
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and controlling costs.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Operational and Administrative Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to control costs and manage store operations effectively.
- Experience in managing stock, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
