About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to take part in Feverup internal development projects. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding our business, technology, and teams to design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Defining and implementing Salesforce CRM-based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development.
  • Deploying metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps.
  • Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Work proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments.
  • Experience in Google Sheets/AppScript development.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, in a fast-paced environment.
