Job Description

We are Alter Domus, a leading player in the alternatives industry, seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Officer to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, manage, and process all types of corporate documentation, including minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings, and other corporate structures.
  • Monitor, manage, and process the group's power of attorney structure, appointments, and revocations, as well as various structural changes.
  • Coordinate with relevant public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries, and other entities involved in operations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in Law.
  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Law.
  • Possess an advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit strong team spirit, ability to build client relationships, and take initiative when appropriate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
