About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Global Talent Management Specialist. As a key member of the People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's talent management strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective performance management systems that provide valuable insights to leaders and enable a high-performance culture.
  • Manage relationships with performance management platform vendors to ensure optimized services and effective utilization of organizational needs.
  • Contribute to the development of new career development programs to support employee growth and advancement, as part of the initial discovery phase.
  • Collaborate with other pillars within the People & Culture function to ensure alignment and integration of talent management strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track talent metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in talent management, performance management, career management, talent mobility, or related HR functions in large organizations.
  • Exposure to COE structures & large employee base deployments preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management approaches in complex organizational environments.
  • Process implementation & Process digitization/ transformation experience across multiple geographies is required.
