Pricing and Compensation Manager for Delivery Service Partners

Join Amazon Logistics, a rapidly growing team that handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We're seeking a skilled Pricing and Compensation Manager to lead strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP payments program across Europe.
About the RoleAs a Pricing and Compensation Manager, you'll own strategic programs and initiatives using core analytical and project management skills. You'll develop processes and mechanisms to address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business. You'll also conduct root cause analysis to understand the financial health of our delivery partners and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP payments program across Europe

- Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements- A degree in a relevant field
- Relevant experience with program management, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel (e.g. V-lookups & pivot tables)
