As a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, you will be responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Red Bull brand and values, and promote the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region.
- Consumer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with consumers and customers, including product trials and events.
- Marketing and Sales: Create and execute smart sales and marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Red Bull team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Personal Development: Develop your skills and knowledge in marketing, negotiation, and sales, and apply them to drive business results.
- Be a student in your 1st or 3rd year of career.
- Have a confirmed driver's license.
- Have excellent communication skills and a charismatic, energetic, and positive personality.
- Be passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
- Have a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot-spots.
- Have a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Be able to manage part-time work and studies, and be available to work some evenings and weekends.
- Have an affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Be connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Be willing to travel 20-30% of the time.
