About the Role:

The Field Inventory & Warehouse Intern will support both Field Inventory Management and Warehouse teams. This role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn specific tools, such as SAP and SalesForce (Service Cloud).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the FIM team with reconciliation of inventory counts, control of expired stock, and adjustments & transfers in SAP.
  • Assist the Warehouse team with contact with suppliers, registration of returns in SAP, and control of closing of returns.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and documentation, including search and sending of delivery notes, sending of lists, and checking of materials in the system.
  • Manage listings and records in SAP, including inventory adjustments, returns, and warehouse changes.
  • Register and perform actions in Sales Force.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent bachelor's graduate or master's degree student in Administration or Transports & Logistics, eager to start their first experience in a company.
  • Proactivity and curiosity to learn new tools.
  • An analytical profile and attention to details.
  • A good level of English is required (at least B2).
  • Teamwork experience.
