Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop internal candidates for top management positions, leveraging a deep understanding of the company's talent performance, assessment, and development information.
- Collaborate with the CHRO and Group HR Talent Director to proactively seek next career internal movements for top management, utilizing strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Develop and implement talent development plans for top management, working closely with the Talent Development area.
- Coordinate and launch organizational announcements, charts, and communications to key stakeholders after top management changes.
- Manage the Corporate Audience list (top management) of the company, establishing relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the process at a global level.
- Top-tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
- 2 years of experience in strategic project management or management consulting.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment and with diverse and remote teams.
- Agile and adaptable, with a high level of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
