About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Transformation Consultant to join our team at Bluecrux. As a key member of our Transformation Excellence squad, you'll play a crucial role in driving sustainable and meaningful change for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-create the data factory value proposition and implement projects within.
  • Define the future data operating model from an organizational perspective and drive alignment at the customer towards that organizational model.
  • Create a tailored IT architecture for master data management and identify opportunities for advanced data governance tools.
  • Build, integrate, and maintain data components of overall project plans and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for each project workstream on data readiness, integration, migration, governance, and processes.
  • Organize and facilitate client workshops to identify and meet client data requirements.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact between cross-functional business process owners to document end-to-end data processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to drive changes in data ownership and align data maintenance, monitoring, and process resolution with future data designs.
  • Ensure data scope is available in client system environments.
  • Coordinate documentation of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and data dictionaries for sustainable data maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering, economics, or IT.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain & operations.
  • Experience with master data management and planning projects requiring change/transformation.
  • Experience in AGILE project methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of big data and AI trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English.
