Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our General Procurement organization as a Capital Expenditure Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the setup of sourcing strategies according to forecast needs, representing GP Commodities within Airbus, and providing investment visibility to General Procurement buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup sourcing strategies according to forecast needs
  • Represent GP Commodities within Airbus
  • Capex approval process (2 Bn€/year of high technology investments)
  • Provide investment visibility to General Procurement buyers
  • Consolidate Airbus Purchasing Plan investment data
  • Ensure an interface between CapEx requestors and General Procurement
  • Provide an analysis to the CapEx MFT of market evolution in order to anticipate it

Requirements:

  • Business degree, Engineering degree, or related studies
  • English: negotiation level
  • General knowledge in Tools: Google sheet, Excel, and Google Slides
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills
