About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Creative/Art Director to join our team and spearhead the evolution of our visual identity. As our company expands, we understand the importance of updating our brand image to truly showcase our potential.

Responsibilities

  1. Elevate and refine our current brand identity, bringing new energy to our marketing collateral and digital assets.
  2. Partner with the Head of Product Design to add finish and feel to our website.
  3. Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications, including website, products, videos, brochures, swag, event booths, digital ads, and social media.
  4. Engage and get buy-in from our UX/UI product team to roll out the refreshed guidelines.
  5. Lead the creative vision for all company design projects, including website, digital assets, advertising, videos, print collateral, and marketing materials.
  6. Collaborate with our product design team to refresh our website and improve engagement and competitiveness.
  7. Manage a team of freelance designers to deliver on various brand assets, guiding them in producing consistently high-quality work.
  8. Work closely with the content and product marketing teams to build layouts and visuals that aid and amplify our messaging and value proposition.

Qualifications

10+ years of design experience, with a background in building B2B brands. Agency experience is a plus. Portfolio: Please share examples of design work as part of your application.
